When speaking of reports, remember that an inspection is not an appraisal.
The inspection must be distinguished from an appraisal since it is intended to serve a different purpose.
The inspection and report gives you information on the structural, mechanical, and electrical condition of the property - it does not attempt to establish a market value.
Your written report will carry the seal of a registered Professional Engineer to assure the accuracy of the report, and will be issued to you
within two business days. Of course, we will be happy to provide you with a verbal report upon completion of the inspection.
