4. Condition of visible foundation walls, piers, columns, girders and floor joist


5. Ventilation of the attic and crawl space.


6. Condition of Garage Floors, driveways, and walkways.


7. Condition of entry platform.


8. Conditions of roof as view from the ground.


9. Condition of flashing as viewed from the ground.


10. Other features to include signs of leaks, short or leaning chimneys, improperly constructed decks and guard railings, uneven stairs, and other visible signs of potential structural hazards.
