13. Random sampling of the electrical outlets for proper wiring.


14. Wiring circuits and type as it relates to livability.


15. Operation of plumbing fixtures.


16. Operation of the heating and cooling systems.


17. Condition of garage floor, driveways and walkways.


18. Condition of entry platforms, porches, etc.


19. Visual assessment of the heating and cooling units age and condition.


20. Other features to include signs of leaks, short or leaning chimneys, improperly constructed decks and guard railings, uneven stairs, and other visible signs of potential structural hazards.
